      All orders ship from Unit 3/55 Edison Crescent, Baringa, QLD, 4551, Australia.

      We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. For any other international destination, please contact us for a manual quote (see “International Enquiries” below).


      Our Carrier Partners

      We use Shopify’s carrier-calculated rates, pulling from multiple couriers and logistics providers to find you the best possible shipping options. Click each dropdown for more details.

      Aramex (Sunshine Coast)

      Aramex (formerly Fastway) provides extensive coverage across Australia. US carrier quotes from Aramex are disabled at our checkout to ensure US orders use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) services only.

      Australia Post / StarTrack

      Australia Post is a widely recognized carrier for metro and remote deliveries. StarTrack is their express freight arm, ideal for time-sensitive or heavier parcels. For US orders, we only purchase labels that support Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). If a DDP option isn’t available when buying labels, we route the order via an alternative DDP-capable service.

      Sendle

      Sendle focuses on carbon-neutral shipping for small to medium parcels. For the United States, when available we use Sendle’s duties-paid option (Delivered Duty Paid, DDP) so US customers aren’t charged on delivery.

      Smartsend Premium

      Smartsend partners with various carriers. US carrier-calculated rates are turned off in our checkout to keep US orders on duties-paid (DDP) services.

      Interparcel (including UPS Saver)

      Interparcel aggregates carriers like UPS, TNT, Aramex, and CouriersPlease. For the United States, we prioritise options that support DDP (duties & taxes collected at checkout), such as UPS Saver with duties-paid.

      Mainfreight B2C

      Mainfreight specialises in palletised freight. We use Mainfreight B2C when shipping extremely large or bulky items (e.g., multiple roof top tents) on pallets.


      Fulfillment & Dispatch

      Processing Times: Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment. We’ll email you tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse.

      Packaging & Multiple Shipments: Depending on size or weight, we may send your order in separate parcels. Each parcel will have its own tracking number, and we’ll let you know which items are in which shipment.

      Shipping Charges & Quotes: Real-time calculations ensure you pay what we pay. If the shipping cost seems high or no rate appears at checkout, please message us via website chat—sometimes we can find alternate carriers or packaging methods that reduce cost.


      Large & Bulky Items

      Roof Top Tents (RTTs): We palletise these items via Mainfreight B2C or deliver to a local depot. Up to four RTTs can be shipped on one pallet if requested.

      Awnings & Swags: These bulky items cannot ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

      Commercial Addresses (30 kg+): If you have a commercial location, let us know—we may quote a more cost-effective B2C rate for very heavy or large shipments.

      Regional Australia: Sending large items to a metro address instead of a remote one can drastically reduce shipping costs in some cases.


      International Shipments & Taxes

      United States (US): We collect duties & taxes at checkout and ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). There are no extra import charges on delivery when purchasing from the US store/market.

      New Zealand (NZ): Orders generally ship Delivered At Place (DAP). NZ Customs may charge GST/duties on arrival. If you need an all-in price, contact us before ordering.

      Other Destinations: Checkout is limited to AU/NZ/US. For any other country, please request a manual quote (see below).

      Delivery Times: Shipments to NZ and the US typically arrive within 5–14 business days. Customs clearance and remote addresses may cause delays.


      International Enquiries (Manual Orders)

      If your country isn’t available at checkout, we can still ship your order via a manual invoice in AUD (PayPal, bank transfer, or credit card). We’ll source the best rate from our partners (Interparcel, Sendle, SmartSend, Australia Post, Aramex) and email you a quote. These shipments are sent Delivered At Place (DAP) — receiver pays duties/taxes on arrival.

      Delivery & Addresses

      Delivery Windows: Carriers usually deliver Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM. Some packages may be marked ATL (Authority to Leave) if no one is home.

      Not Home or Missed Delivery: If ATL applies, the driver may leave your item in a safe spot. To opt out of ATL, let us know in the “Special Instructions” box at checkout. Missed or incorrect-address deliveries may incur a re-delivery fee (~$25, depending on carrier).

      Damage in Transit: Inspect packages upon arrival. If there’s significant damage, note it with the driver or refuse the item. This makes replacements and claims processing much easier.

      PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers: Suitable only for smaller orders. Large items (5+ kg, bulky dimensions) cannot ship to PO boxes or lockers.

      How long does shipping take within Australia?

      Metro orders usually arrive in 2–5 business days. Regional and remote areas can take 3–15+ days.

      I live remote in WA/NT/QLD. Which carrier is the most reliable?

      We often find StarTrack Express or Australia Post to be the most consistent in remote regions. However, Aramex may also be an option in certain areas. If you’re uncertain, contact us for advice.

      Can I pick up my order locally?

      Yes! We’re at Unit 3/55 Edison Crescent, Baringa, QLD. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout or contact us, and we’ll let you know when your order is ready (usually 1–4 days).

      Do you deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers domestically?

      Only smaller items can go to PO boxes or lockers. Larger parcels, tents, and awnings require a street address.

      Why is shipping sometimes expensive for multiple items?

      Automated quotes can be high for large or multi-item orders. Try our bundles (they may be cheaper) or message us—we might combine items differently or find an alternative carrier.

      What if my order ships in multiple packages?

      You’ll receive multiple tracking numbers, with each shipment detailing which items are included.

      Are shipping costs refundable on returns?

      How do I calculate import duty for New Zealand (camping products)?

      NZ Customs may charge GST or duties on imported goods above certain thresholds. For camping gear, you can check NZ Customs website to estimate the duty/GST based on the item’s value (including shipping).

      How do I calculate import duty for the United States?

      For US orders placed on our store, we collect duties & taxes at checkout and ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means no extra import charges on delivery. If you need a line-item estimate before purchase, contact us.

      Which countries do you ship to internationally?

      Checkout is currently available for Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. For all other countries, please request a manual quote as described above.
