Some country postcodes carry a carrier remote-area fee - if yours does, we'll contact you before dispatch. The 2.5M awning is too long for home delivery, so it goes to a Mainfreight or partner depot near you to collect (fixed price by state at checkout). The 1.7M awning and wall kits go by courier, priced live at checkout.

Carriers we use
Pallet freight - tents, awnings and bulky gear
We book whichever network gives your area the best service for the price. Best for: a business address with a forklift, or pickup from Baringa HQ.
Mainfreight - pallet specialist with its own branches in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra and major regional centres. Often our pick for Perth, Bunbury and Townsville, and collection from a Mainfreight branch can be arranged.
Team Global Express (formerly Toll) - one of Australia's largest freight networks, reaching most regional towns.
TNT / FedEx - strong road network up the east coast and into regional QLD and northern NSW. Often our pick for Lismore, Bundaberg, Gladstone and Cairns.
Couriers - smaller gear and accessories
Priced live at checkout for your address.
Aramex - one of our most reliable daily pickups from HQ.
- Pickup window: 12pm to 2pm daily
- Booking cutoff: ideally before 11am
- If the run is full, pickup may move to the next business day
For urgent small to medium parcels, Aramex Priority may suit better.
StarTrack Express - often the better option for regional and rural areas.
- Pickup: 1-3 business days from our area
- Reliable once in the network
Australia Post - small items only (max 105 cm long and 22 kg). Rarely best value over about 5 kg.
- Small satchels that fit a post box go in the next day's pickup
- Larger parcels - large satchels and up, medium to extra-large flat-rate boxes, swag poles - go in batches 2-3 times a week
A new Australia Post / StarTrack depot is being built in Baringa and is expected to open late 2026.
