WARRANTY At Rainger Supply Co., we back the Revo-X and our gear with confidence. Revo-X Rooftop Tent — 2 Year Warranty. We stand behind the quality and durability of every product we make. That’s why your purchase is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. If your item has a manufacturing fault, our team will assess the issue and decide whether to repair, replace, or offer a reasonable solution at our discretion.

What’s Not Covered. Our warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by:

• Incorrect installation or misuse.

• Modifications or tampering.

• Transit damage or general wear and tear moving the tent.

• Condensation, mould, or rust from poor maintenance.

• Punctures, weather damage, UV degradation, or excessive exposure to high winds causing damage.

• Forceful use (e.g. broken zippers due to excess force)

Routine care and proper use are your responsibility. Our warranty is designed to cover genuine manufacturing defects — not damage from adventure gone wrong.
