Welcome to Rainger Supply Co.’s Shipping & Delivery page. This page outlines how we dispatch orders, which carriers we use, what to expect for bulky freight, and the practical limits that can affect handling times from our Baringa HQ.

Shipping Origin

All orders ship from Unit 3/55 Edison Crescent, Baringa QLD 4551, Australia.

We currently service orders across Australia, with selected international arrangements available separately where appropriate.

Dispatch & Handling

Most in-stock orders are dispatched as quickly as possible once payment is received. Actual handling time can vary depending on order size, freight method, stock location, and how busy our warehouse is.

If your order is urgent, please contact us before ordering or immediately after checkout so we can confirm the most realistic dispatch path from HQ.

Carrier Options From HQ

We use a mix of carriers depending on parcel size, delivery region, and pickup reliability from our Baringa warehouse.

Aramex

Aramex is one of our most reliable daily pickup options from HQ.

  • Typical pickup window: between 12pm and 2pm daily
  • Booking cutoff: ideally before 11am
  • If the run is already engaged for the day, pickup may move to the next business day

For urgent small to medium consignments, Aramex Priority may be the better option.

If timing matters, contact us first so we can confirm whether the local run is still available that day.

Mainfreight

Mainfreight is a key option for bulky freight, palletised goods, depot runs, and larger commercial-style consignments.

  • Typical booking cutoff: before 10am for same-day pickup
  • Best suited to large, bulky, or palletised freight
  • Our own warehouse handling time may vary during busy periods

This is commonly the preferred path for large items where parcel carriers are unsuitable or uneconomical.

StarTrack Express

StarTrack Express can be effective, particularly beyond the Sunshine Coast and into regional or rural areas.

  • Typical pickup timeframe: 1–3 business days
  • Pickup reliability is not always as strong as Aramex from our area
  • Once in network, delivery performance is generally reliable

StarTrack is often one of the better options for rural destinations where other carriers can become less consistent.

Australia Post

Australia Post is generally a last resort for us and is usually only practical for smaller items.

  • Best suited to: items under 105cm in length
  • Maximum weight: 22kg
  • Usually unlikely to be best value once parcel weight exceeds roughly 5kg

Important note: Australia Post does not currently service Baringa QLD well for our operation.

The closest Australia Post outlet is roughly a 1.5 hour round trip and requires a physical staff drop-off.

This means Australia Post dispatches may only be achievable 1–2 days per week, with handling time potentially stretching to 2–3 business days.

In most cases, Aramex or StarTrack will be the better option.

A new Australia Post / StarTrack depot and post shop is currently being built in Baringa and is expected to open late 2026. Once operational, this should materially improve both pickup and drop-off flexibility for us.

Couriers Please

Couriers Please is currently a workable option for small to medium consignments.

  • Typical pickup timeframe: 1–2 business days
  • Generally reliable for small to medium items
  • Currently booked through a third-party arrangement

We are using this during a transition period following the collapse of Sendle-related arrangements.

Large & Bulky Freight

Roof top tents, awnings, and similar bulky products may require special handling, palletisation, depot delivery, or commercial-address delivery depending on dimensions and destination.

  • Large items cannot be sent to PO boxes or parcel lockers
  • Depot collection can sometimes reduce freight cost materially
  • Commercial addresses with forklift or business-hour access can also improve freight options
  • If checkout pricing looks excessive, contact us before ordering and we may be able to assess alternatives

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may ship in more than one carton or via more than one carrier. This is sometimes necessary when combining bulky gear, accessories, or stock held in different dispatch streams.

If that happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Delivery Notes

  • Deliveries usually occur on business days only
  • Authority to Leave may apply depending on carrier and service type
  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout
  • Re-delivery fees or address correction charges may apply if freight has to be rebooked

Which carrier is usually the best from your HQ?

For general day-to-day pickup reliability from Baringa, Aramex is often one of the strongest options for small to medium orders. For bulky freight, Mainfreight is commonly the better fit.

Which carrier is better for rural or regional deliveries?

StarTrack Express is often one of the better options for rural or regional destinations, even though pickup timing from our area is not always the fastest.

Can I use Australia Post?

Only for smaller items where parcel dimensions and weight allow it. Due to poor local servicing in Baringa, Australia Post is not usually our preferred option and can carry longer handling times.

Why is my handling time longer than expected?

Handling time can vary based on warehouse workload, item size, carrier availability, and whether the order requires special freight booking, palletisation, or manual drop-off.

Can I contact you before ordering to confirm freight timing?

Yes. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing the order so we can confirm the most realistic dispatch option from HQ.
