      Shipping policy

      Processing & Dispatch:

      Orders are processed as quickly as possible and typically dispatch within 1–3 business days from our warehouse in Baringa, Queensland.

      Handling times may vary depending on order size, freight method, and warehouse workload.


      Domestic Shipping (Australia):

      We use a mix of trusted carriers depending on size, destination, and pickup availability from our HQ, including:


      • Aramex (most consistent daily pickup option)
      • Mainfreight (for bulky and palletised freight such as roof top tents)
      • StarTrack Express (strong for regional and rural delivery)
      • Couriers Please (small to medium parcels, currently via third-party booking)
      • Australia Post (limited use for smaller items only)



      Carrier selection is based on what is most reliable and cost-effective from our location on the Sunshine Coast.


      Important Note on Australia Post:

      Australia Post is currently not well serviced in Baringa, requiring manual drop-offs by our team. This means handling times for Aus Post shipments may extend to 2–3 business days and are not always available daily.

      In most cases, Aramex or StarTrack are preferred options.


      International Shipping:


      • United States: Shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) – duties and taxes included at checkout
      • New Zealand: Shipped Delivered At Place (DAP) – duties/taxes may be charged on arrival
      • Other countries: Available via manual quote on request



      Tracking:

      Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

      Large or multi-item orders may be shipped in multiple consignments with separate tracking numbers.
