Shipping policy
Where we ship from
All orders ship from our warehouse at Unit 3/55 Edison Crescent, Baringa QLD 4551. Most in-stock orders are dispatched as soon as possible after payment. Handling time can vary with order size, freight method and how busy the warehouse is.
Roof top tents
Pallet freight to a business address with a forklift, at a fixed price by area shown at checkout. Tents can't go to a home address. Pickup from our Baringa HQ is $0 (Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm). Depot collection or 2 or more tents: message us before ordering and we'll quote it.
Awnings
The 2.0M awning can be collected from a TNT or partner depot near you, or delivered to your door (home or business), at a fixed price by area shown at checkout. The 2.5M awning is too long for home delivery - it goes to a Mainfreight or partner depot for collection, at a fixed price by state shown at checkout. The 1.7M awning and awning walls go by courier. 2 or more awnings: message us for a combined quote.
Batteries, solar panels and aerosols
Lithium batteries and solar panels are pickup from our Baringa HQ, or message us for a freight quote. Aerosol paints are pickup only.
Other gear
Sent by courier, priced live at checkout for your address.
Carriers we use
- Pallet freight: Mainfreight, Team Global Express (formerly Toll) and TNT / FedEx
- Couriers: Aramex, StarTrack and Australia Post (small items only)
Large items
Large items can't be sent to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
International shipping
- United States: shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) - duties and taxes included at checkout
- New Zealand: shipped Delivered At Place (DAP) - duties and taxes may be charged on arrival
- Other countries: available via manual quote on request
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive tracking details by email. Large or multi-item orders may ship in more than one consignment, with separate tracking numbers.
