Shipping to New Zealand—how it works

Delivery time: Typically 3–7 business days to NZ metro after dispatch (remote areas can take longer). Some items ship in multiple cartons; you’ll receive tracking for each.

Service terms: We ship to NZ on Delivered At Place (DAP) terms—also called receiver-pays. That means NZ Customs may charge GST and/or duty on arrival. This isn’t included in our product or freight price.
